Lisa Davis is the Chief Internal Auditor for the National Housing Trust and has been employed to the organization since 2002. With over 26 years of experience in accounts and auditing, she has worked at Investment and Financial companies, including the Accountant Generals’ Department.
Mrs. Davis is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) recognized by the United Kingdom and a Fellow Certified Accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Jamaica (ICAJ). She is also a Certified Internal Auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Mrs. Davis completed the Certified Information System Auditor exam, being a member of ISACA, a global association of more than 140,000 cybersecurity, information technology audit, risk and governance professionals.
She received a Diploma in Computer Technology and Business Administration from Infoserv Technology Solutions and Excelsior Community College respectively. She is also an Associate Accounting Technician as recognized by the United Kingdom.
Mrs. Davis was the recipient of the Managing Director’s Award for Excellence in 2007, after being nominated for the same award in 2005.
